The color I received is different from what I ordered

Hi! The description and picture of the glasses show them as being all black. However, the glasses transition from the stems/top of the rims as the color black to a lighter color/white. Had this been in the description/picture, I would not have ordered them. Finally, I am still waiting for response on the process to conduct a refund for them and have not heard back.
